what the Experience looks like
Every guest journey is fully customized. That said, most follow a thoughtful, three-part structure:
1. Planning & Preparation
We begin with a private consultation to understand the guest’s goals, pace, and preferences. This includes any considerations for their dog, travel schedule, or accessibility needs. When possible, planning and location scouting are done before the guest arrives in Park City. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability and the type of experience the guest is seeking.
2. On-Location Experience
Each session is immersive, guided, and unhurried. Guests are supported throughout, with the pace and setting tailored to their comfort. Experiences are designed to feel natural and private, allowing space for connection and calm.
3. Artwork Creation & Delivery
After the session, guests receive a private online gallery once the images are ready. Most guests review and make their selections after returning home. This part of the process is fully supported. I provide personalized guidance to help each client select images and design finished pieces that reflect the experience we created together.
Final artwork is produced using museum-grade materials and handled with care from start to finish. Orders are shipped directly to the guest’s home or preferred location, and all shipping costs are included.
Every Journey is Unique. Here’s One.
A couple visiting Deer Valley in late spring reached out about a week before their arrival. They were looking for a meaningful experience with their miniature American Shepherd, Moose. They wanted something that reflected their connection to the mountains and their love of adventuring together, and they hoped to return home with a set of framed family portraits from their time in Utah.
After a short phone consultation, we planned an afternoon excursion to Tanner Flats. I picked them up at their lodgings, and we snowshoed into a quiet alpine clearing with mountain views and fresh spring snow. Moose had room to roam, and the couple could relax into the experience. A light snow squall rolled through just before sunset, followed by a clear break in the clouds. The session ended with a small picnic overlooking the valley before I returned them to their lodging.
About ten days later, I shared their online gallery. I guided them through selecting their favorite images and designing the best presentation for their space. Their custom-framed artwork arrived at their home roughly eight weeks later and was on the wall just a few days after delivery.
